By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please do not use this website if you do not accept these Terms.

The Site provides information about Dataslab and its services and products, and allows visitors to contact us or apply for open positions. The Site does not offer any product or service for purchase, and nothing here creates a contract for the sale of goods or services.
By using the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us in connection with your use of the Site (for example, responses to inquiries submitted through our forms). This doesn't affect the separate consent requirements that apply to marketing communications, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any outcome, including any recruitment outcome. A business relationship with Dataslab is established only through a separate, duly signed agreement.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of linked third-party sites; inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dataslab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dataslab regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements on this subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without affecting your rights under these Terms.
14. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may suspend, restrict, or modify the Site at any time without prior notice, including in cases of outages, network disruption, or events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saarlouis, Germany. This clause is without prejudice to any mandatory provision of law that cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.
17. Language of these Terms
These Terms may be made available in languages other than English for convenience. The English version is authoritative; in case of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
